Aesona

Aesona is a private medical hospital that delivers high-quality healthcare services through modern facilities, specialized medical teams, and a strong patient-centered approach. My role was to conduct a full UX audit of their mobile app, identifying key usability issues affecting patients and addressing a visual direction that no longer aligned with the client’s expectations. The app itself is designed to streamline the entire care journey, offering patients an intuitive interface for managing appointments, records, and other essential healthcare needs. After developing a new set of wireframes and consolidating them into a unified prototype, we tested the updated experience with both users and internal staff. The feedback was consistently positive across all evaluation categories, validating the new UX flow and visual direction.
